HOLECO^® YOGA

Holeco Yoga® is an experience that combines the integration of yoga, the balance of a holistic mind/body approach, the consciousness of organic and green living, and the nurturing and aesthetics of a spa.  

Detoxification and Rejuvenation
Holeco Yoga® emphasizes detoxification and rejuvenation, through poses selected to flush the internal organs and reduce stress, through a vigorous vinyasa flow to stimulate sweating for cleansing of the pores and the liver, and through meditative connection to the source energies already within you to heal and nurture your whole being.

Chakra Purification
Each class purifies a different chakra with a unique blend of healing aromatherapy oil, formulated by a yogi master for that chakra.  Sound healing is also used, with music focused on that chakra for the hatha practice, and with targeted vowel toning.  This type of sound healing also stimulates the fluids and glands within the cranium using the vibrations of your own voice.

Rituals to Begin and to Complete
Each class opens with a ritual burning sage-bath purification of the whole being: mind, body and spirit, while using different chakra holeco® aroma oils, then ending with deep relaxation and with sharing a cup of organic green tea, an anti-carcinogenic which gently supports and stimulates the internal organs and skin as well as ionized/alkaline water.

Hours
Holeco® Group Yoga is being offered at our salon every other Thursday at 7:30 pm. Please arrive at 7:15 There is limited space (6 person max); Thus, you must call ahead to reserve a space. The session lasts 75 minutes. Please bring your own mat & towel and please note that we only accept cash or check for this service. You can also pay upfront for 5 sessions and you will receive the 6th session free.
