POLICY & PROCEDURES

1. METHOD OF PAYMENT: Cash, Check and Credit. There will be a $35 charge on returned checks. We ask you to please pay us in the form of cash & check to help keep our prices down so we can pass the savings to you.

2. GIFT CERTIFICATES: Available at our office or online for purchase. Click here to purchase. Gift Certificates are non-refundable & expire three months after date of purchase.

3. GRATUITIES: Our prices do not include tip. Please pay gratuities in the form of cash when paying for services.

4. LATE ARRIVAL: If you are late more that 15 minutes, we reseve the right to refuse treatments and you would be responsible to pay for your scheduled appointment.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY: The appointment you have scheduled is reserved solely for you so kindly give notice at least 24 hours in advance when you have to reschedule your appointment. If advance notice is not given, or you miss the appointment you will be charged in full for the missed appointment for the service you have reserved.

For our NEW CLIENTS, we ask you to provide us with your appropriate contact information, including a valid Credit Card number, in order to reserve your first appointment for ALL OF OUR TREATMENTS. No charges shall be made to the card unless you fails to give the requested 24 hour cancellation notice or are more than 15 minutes late which will result in you being responsible
for the service you have reserved with us.

6. PACKAGES: All packages are NON-refundable and MUST be paid up front in full and cannot be shared with anyone else or substituted with any other treatment. All pakcages MUST be used within 12 months after the first treatment. When you pay for 5 sessions upfront, you receive the 6th session FREE.

7. SHOPPING CART: Available 24 hours a day online. We use reusable and recycled boxes to ship our products to help save the environment.

8. RETURN POLICY: Please note of our NO RETURNS policy on our products & services. Our products are freshly made using the highest quality ingredients without the use of synthetic perservatives and have shorten shelf life. We advise you to use the products within 6 months. All TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL. Only damaged product can be exchanged within 7 days of sales & given a store credit only after approval from us.
